Facilities Director


  • HS Degree or Equivalents with experience in Commercial Property Maintenance
  • BA in Facilities Maintenance is preferred
  • Must have a valid Drivers License and Insurance
  • Ability to travel between locations
  • Must be able to lift approx. 40 pounds on occasion
  • Experienced in Carpentry, Routine Building Maintenance, Basic Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical
  • Strong understanding of contracts and procurement.

Essential/Primary Functions:

  1. Supervise maintenance staff 
  2. Executes and documents preventive maintenance on all facilities owned /operated by the agency
  3. Schedules and oversees completion of internal & outsources maintenance and repairs
  4. Oversees/supervises work of all Maintenance Techs I & II
  5.  Ensures Fire Extinguishers are checked and elevator maintenance is timely and accurate
  6. Completes reporting documentation 
  7. Ensure properties and equipment is maintained in safe working condition
  8. Responsible for maintaining tool inventory of all agency equipment under this position
  9. Provides ongoing training for maintenance staff
