Case Manger - SEMO Youth

 

Assist individuals to pursue and achieve educational and employment goals. Maintain working knowledge of community resources, document all activities in state system, and problem solve with participants to resolve barriers to employment. Must have the ability to communicate with diverse groups of people with a wide variety of backgrounds and educational levels.

Primary Duties Include:

  1. Available to work 40 hours weekly serving St Francois County.
  2. Develop and maintain working relationships with referral staff and teams.
  3. Provide Job Readiness Training and provide case management duties to participants.
  4. Maintain documentation associated with subsidized employment, case management, etc.

Qualifications:

High School or equivalency required. Experience in case management strongly preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.Must be willing to travel and work out of office on a regular basis. Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and independent transportation required.

Location: St Francois County.

Salary Range: $14.47 - $15.47/hr (benefits included)
