Vice President of Technology


  • BS/BA In Information Technology or closely related field with 7 or more years experience in Technology and project management, including net work design and systems management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work effectively within a group setting
  • Must be able to travel between sites in and outside of the STL Metro Area.
  • Must be able to work in various atmospheric conditions

Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Oversight and management of the IT department
  • Establishing and achieving both strategic and tactical technology plans for (budgeting, leveraging contracts, application, data , infrastructure and security).
  • Establishes and implements critical governance and management policies and processes
  • Ensures integration and implementation of applications, database, networks, and related systems.
  • Provides training for peer executives as needed
  • Recruits, motivates and develops a strong technology team
  • Remains current with relevant technology and best practices

Physical Demands:

  • Occasional lifting, pulling, carrying and pushing min. of 50 lbs.. (Example: Computer and/or computer parts,)
  • Exposure to general office conditions including but not limited to; dust, noise and fumes
